With its 80 meeting points in Paris, the market is a real institution in the Parisians’ lives and contributes to the dynamism and friendliness of the capital’s districts.
At the initiative of the City of Paris, the market wanted to change its offer in order to adapt to the needs and habits of its customers, while enhancing its attractiveness.
The Bensidoun and Cordonnier groups have teamed up with SensDigital® to create a new and innovative concept, the Connected Parisian Markets. It was unveiled at the “Fête des Marchés de Paris” on May 27, in the presence of Mrs. Anne Hidalgo, Mayor of the City of Paris and her assistant Mrs. Olivia Polski.
On lesmarchesdeparisconnectes.fr, the customer can choose the market of his choice in the proposed selection. He can then access information (schedules, access plan) and choose his basket to order among the various producers. He then has the choice between a click and collect service (pick up his basket directly at the market at the time of his choice) or have it delivered directly at home.
Currently implemented in 7 markets of the capital, the concept will expand gradually to offer more baskets in every corner of the capital.
